Problem

Schnebly Winery closed the door on face-to-face interactions with consumers during the 2020 pandemic. The Winery needed an alternative way to generate sales and grow their consumer base during challenging times where personal contact couldn’t happen. The Winery primarily focused on in-store sales, so the pandemic was a make-it or break-it moment for them. Schnebly Redland´s Winery encountered a challenge in growing their brand and sales online.

Solution

We decided to use Schnebly Winery’s wine tastings and take them into the digital world. We created the “Virtual Wine Tasting Experience”, turning it into an award-winning online event that helped the Winery gain new customers all over the country, while generating never-before-seen online sales. We offered promotions for quality wines, so customers in lockdown were able to gain the full Winery experience right from home. An innovative strategy, that reached out-of-state customers that fell in love with the unique wines and proposition. This approach also helped build a great online reputation, with an easy one-click, reliable website and online sales system.

Having a great strategy is one thing, but executing it effectively takes more than just good ideas. To realize this strategy effectively, we developed a landing page plus a pixel website. The content was then optimized for each state individually (with original content created for each), created automated campaigns that sent out mailings for each particular state, and a public relations campaign to promote our services as well.
