Problem
We were looking to tell compelling stories that resonate with customers when they are in their journey towards purchasing goods from Gala Foods Supermarkets. The brand, which caters to a multicultural consumer carrying specific products from Latin American countries, was not recognized by the community and had minimal digital presence, which made awareness of it even lower.
Solution
We used our experience in digital marketing to create an awareness campaign for the community. Our strategy involved focusing on digitalizing our weekly specials, which gave us more opportunities than ever before, and concentrating on online distribution so people could find out about the different specialized products and deals the supermarket offers weekly.
